Yes, we support OEM/ODM customization to meet different customer needs. Services include custom branding on nameplates, housings, and packaging; proprietary part numbering; custom process connections, wetted materials, and output protocols; and private-label certification documentation. Please contact our OEM department with your requirements for a tailored proposal.
Absolutely. We routinely customize: process connections (special flange ratings, NPT threads, Tri-Clamp, hygienic fittings), wetted materials (316L stainless steel, Hastelloy, titanium alloy), output protocols (HART, RS485, Modbus), and calibration ranges. Custom tag plates, packaging, and documentation for project-specific requirements are part of our standard service.
Yes, sample orders are welcome. Standard models are available at sample pricing for evaluation purposes. MOQ for sample orders is 1 piece. Sample units carry the same full warranty as regular orders. We also provide detailed technical data sheets and application guidance to support your evaluation process.
Coriolis mass flow meters offer several fundamental advantages: direct mass measurement (no temperature, pressure, or density compensation required), unaffected by changes in fluid properties, no moving parts (low maintenance, long service life), simultaneous multi-variable output (mass flow, density, temperature), and high accuracy (0.1%/0.15% FS). The technology provides stable operation and reduces overall operation cost over the product lifecycle.
Our Coriolis meters can measure virtually any liquid, slurry, or gas. Common applications include: hydrocarbons (crude oil, refined fuels, LPG), chemicals (acids, caustics, solvents, polymers), food & beverage products (dairy, edible oils, syrups), pharmaceutical intermediates and CIP solutions, water & wastewater treatment chemicals, cryogenic fluids (LNG, liquid nitrogen), and high-temperature fluids. With 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy, and titanium alloy options, our meters can handle corrosive and harsh media effectively.
Yes. Our mass flow meters are certified with Ex db ib IIC T3-T6 Gb and Ex ib tb IIIC T85°C-T200°C Db explosion-proof ratings, making them fully suitable for dangerous industrial environments such as petrochemical plants, oil refineries, chemical processing facilities, and energy sector applications. The meters provide excellent safety performance in Zone 1/2 hazardous areas with flammable gases, vapors, and combustible dusts.
